Denton, Texas
Ogle School’s Denton campus offers a 1,000-hour cosmetology program, combining classroom learning, mannequin practice and supervised work with salon clients. Training progresses through three stages:
Business training covers client retention, rebooking, referrals and building a clientele.
You receive an Ogle School Diploma after completing your required hours, meeting academic and attendance requirements, and meeting tuition and fee requirements. Federal student-loan borrowers must also complete exit counseling.
The diploma records completion of your school program; it is not a professional license. The program is designed to prepare you for Texas licensing, with exams and the license application remaining separate steps. Ogle offers graduate employment assistance and employer connections, but does not guarantee a job.

Salon clients praise patient students, clear explanations, good value and satisfying hair, waxing and facial services. Some describe attentive instructor guidance during appointments. Critical salon comments report cancellations, disappointing cuts and difficulty with service communication. Learner accounts raise different questions: a first-day student describes inadequate onboarding, a graduate criticizes classroom structure and support, and an esthetics student reports inconsistent instruction and communication. These accounts concern different programs and stages of study. Before enrolling, ask current students in your chosen program about first-day guidance, the balance of classroom and clinic work, and access to instructors. Reviews include both learner and student-salon experiences.
Enrollment also requires an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver. Read the full terms before signing.
