About the program
Cosmetology training covers hair cutting, styling, chemical treatments, manicures, pedicures, facials, massage techniques, sanitation, safety, customer service, shop management, and professional laws. Students progress through beginning, intermediate, and advanced skill levels and can earn the hours required for state licensure as a cosmetologist.
What you get
Graduates receive a high school diploma from their sending school district and a standards certificate from Technical College High School. The advanced cosmetology level includes preparation to pass the Pennsylvania State Licensing Exam.
