About the program

The two-year cosmetology programme prepares high-school students for the profession. Wendy Leyden and Amy Mednick teach the course; students participate in a public cosmetology clinic.

What you get

Students may apply to take Pennsylvania’s cosmetology examination after 900 hours. To qualify for a license, they must pass the examination and complete the full 1,250-hour programme.
