About the program

The 1,835-hour Full Cosmetology program combines hair design, esthetics and nail technology at Imani’s Medford school. Training includes theory, instructor demonstrations and supervised practical work, alongside safety, sanitation and career development.

What you get

Earn a Certificate of Completion after meeting the program’s academic, practical, attendance and financial requirements.

  • Pass written exams with 75% or better and pass the hands-on practical exams.
  • Complete all contracted programs and required attendance.
  • Pay the student account in full.

The school sends transcripts to Oregon’s licensing agency for the state licensing exam. The certificate is a school award, not a professional license.

Schedules & start dates

Students begin with part-time classroom training, known as back class. After being released to perform services, they may switch to a 38-hour full-time week. Your enrollment agreement sets your individual attendance schedule and completion date.
