About the program

Bella’s Hair/Nails/Esthetics program is the complete combination route for Oregon cosmetology training in Hair Design, Esthetics, and Nail Technology. It uses a competency-based format, so completion depends on demonstrating the required skills and operations rather than accumulating a fixed number of clock hours.

What you get

Bella awards a diploma after successful completion and forwards the graduate’s transcript to the Health Licensing Office. The school qualification is separate from professional certification: Oregon certifies Hair Design, Esthetics, and Nail Technology individually, with state examinations required for the fields in which you plan to work.
