About the program

Capitol Beauty School offers an 1,800-hour cosmetology program in Omaha, covering hair, skin, nails, and business skills. Training has two stages:

  • Freshman training: classroom and practical preparation at 12100 West Center Road, Suite 108, before working with clients.
  • Senior training: supervised client services and further instruction at the main campus, 10803 John Galt Boulevard.

What you get

After completing the required training, tests, practical assignments, final written and practical examinations, exit requirements, and satisfactory payment arrangements, Capitol grants a diploma of graduation. Completing training prepares you to pursue Nebraska licensure requirements.
