Hastings, Minnesota
Hastings Beauty School offers a 1,550-hour cosmetology program covering hair, skin, scalp, and nail care. The 48-week program combines theory and practical classes with clinic-floor training.
To graduate, students must complete all required hours and pass the school examination with at least 75%. Graduates receive a diploma from the school; passing the state examination is then required to become a licensed cosmetologist.
Monday classes run later than the rest of the week: 11:30 AM–8 PM on Monday, and 8:30 AM–5 PM Tuesday through Friday. New cosmetology classes begin on the first Monday of January, March, May, July, September, and November. Contact the school to confirm your next available intake.
