The 1,500-hour Cosmetology program covers hairdressing, hair coloring, nail technology/manicuring, makeup artistry, and esthetics. Students train in the classroom and through hands-on experience, including supervised work in the student clinic.
You receive a Certificate after completing the required hours and coursework, meeting 85% academic and attendance standards, passing the required written and practical exams at 85% or higher, and satisfying school financial obligations.
The certificate and professional license are separate: graduates then pursue the state’s required test and license.
