High School Cosmetology Scholarships
Eligibility: Qualifying recent high school graduates.
The school describes scholarships for qualifying recent high school graduates at all three campuses, including Oswego.
Oswego, Illinois
This 1,500-hour cosmetology program covers foundational training, chemical hair services, hairstyling, shop management, esthetics, nail technology, and electives. Completing the program can lead to a school diploma and eligibility for the Illinois cosmetologist licensing examination.
You receive a diploma after completing 1,500 hours, maintaining at least a 75% average on required exams, passing the written and practical school final at 80% or higher, and making satisfactory payment arrangements.
Graduates can then take the Illinois cosmetologist licensing examination; the diploma is not itself a professional license.

Eligibility: Qualifying recent high school graduates.
The school describes scholarships for qualifying recent high school graduates at all three campuses, including Oswego.
A monthly payment schedule is available; the first payment is due before or on the first day of school.
Most applicants provide a high-school diploma or equivalent, complete an enrollment agreement, and pay the registration fee.
A limited high-school route is also available. Students applying without a training agreement need written school permission, a successful pre-enrollment evaluation, eighth-grade completion, and must be beyond Illinois’s compulsory school age (17). This route is limited to 10% of annual enrollment. These students cannot receive financial aid until they have a high-school diploma.
To enroll, schedule a tour, complete an application online or in person, provide the required documents, attend an interview, and enroll after acceptance.
