The Villages, Florida
This 1,200-clock-hour cosmetology program combines classroom and clinic-floor training in hair, skin, nail, and related beauty services. It is offered on campus and in a hybrid format, and completing the program can lead to a school diploma when graduation requirements are met.
You receive a diploma after completing 1,200 hours and the required clinic services, earning an overall final grade of at least 80%, keeping financial arrangements current, and completing the institute-funded HIV/AIDS course certification. The diploma is not a cosmetology license: graduates must also apply and pass the Florida state board examination.
Choose campus-based study or a hybrid option with live online classes and required campus attendance. The hybrid course's final three weeks are entirely on campus. Both options are full-time; no part-time route is offered. The next advertised intake is Spring 2027, without a specific start date.
