How North Dakota oversees cosmetology schools
Start with the North Dakota State Board of Cosmetology’s current school roster, then confirm that the exact campus offers the cosmetology program you want to study.
Check the Board’s current school list
The Board identifies schools it currently licenses on its student-and-school page. That roster establishes a regulatory starting point, but it does not include a license number, expiration date, tuition, schedule, or a full description of each campus’s cosmetology program.
Compare the exact cosmetology program
Read the school’s current program and admissions pages for training hours, class times, upcoming starts, total cost, and financial aid. An application fee is not the same as the complete program price. Our profiles leave comparison fields blank when the school has not provided enough evidence.
Confirm status before enrolling
Match the school’s name and campus address to the Board roster and review any current restrictions or disciplinary action there. Listings and program details can change; each directory profile links to the sources we reviewed.
